I couldn't have asked for a better experience than the one I received at Loxley. Both Indy and Emily were super friendly and helpful and made me feel completely comfortable throughout my test and while choosing glasses. They were both honest as well with the frames that didn't suit me as well which I appreciated. Also, even though there was an delay in receiving my frames (from the manufacturer), they kept in contact and were understanding. Will definitely be going back for my next pair!

From the moment you step through the door, you know the experience will be better than you have had from other opticians. I read an article on independent opticians and decided to give one a try. I read some reviews and chose Loxley. I was not disappointed. The smell, the greeting, the individual conversation and depth of knowledge was a welcome surprise in comparison with the mainstream high street opticians. You know you are getting a much more personal level of service at Loxley. Fab service, fab product. I would Highley recommend to everyone.

My experience with Loxley Opticians and Indy has been positive from start to finish. They take the time to understand what style of frames you’re after and provide honest suggestions and feedback. Indy and the team are very attentive and enthusiastic including reordering glasses which were out of stock and keeping them aside for a few weeks as this whole process was done during lockdown! I felt very comfortable shopping for frames and trying on different styles. I cannot write enough words of praise for Loxley IOpticians & Eyewear Experts! From the moment I first encountered Loxley I was blown away. My initial interaction was through a prompt, friendly, and precise email informing me of available appointment times, easy-to-follow directions, and information about the services provided. When I arrived at Loxley I was taken aback by the modern, yet comfortable aesthetic of the office. Sam was the first to greet my partner and I with an easy smile and outgoing conversation. Shortly after, I was introduced to Indy. First off, Indy is a confident, engaging, and extremely knowledgeable, and kind optometrist who finds ease in communicating with all his patients, over any topic. Visiting from outside of Nottingham on vacation, and having a number of issues regarding my eye health, I was nervous to find an optometrist that could help me in getting an updated prescription and contacts. Indy was able to subdue my anxieties and help me to feel more confident in my eye health. Since my first appointment I have kept in contact with Loxley and will remain a loyal patient. All this is thanks to Indy and Sam. Special shout out to Indy who has gone out of his way to help me in ordering contacts and answering my questions. Thank you, Indy for being the spectacular, gregarious, and charming person he is. I am so thankful for all your help while my partner and I are traveling. I highly recommend Loxley to anyone!
